Where does your passion for Teamgym come from?

I am genuinely passionate about the sport not only because you get to master new skills, but also because of the TeamGym spirit and the amazing camaraderie. Interacting with teammates during training and competition involves forming friendships, working together towards common goals, and building trust. As teammates, we support each other through difficult times and setbacks.

When coaching junior and senior teams, I saw firsthand the powerful

impact that teamwork in a team sport can have on both individuals and the

entire team.

Being involved in a TeamGym competition as a judge or committee member is also exciting. You get to feel the spirit within each team and experience the audience cheering for all the teams at the competition. This is true TeamGym spirit, creating a great atmosphere.

How many countries do Teamgym in the world and will there ever be a

World Championship or Olympics?
