Why did you decide to build equipment for Teamgym?

This decision was already made when I started working at Euro Gymnastic Equipment, a legacy from the founder, Martin Damgaard, who began producing the MD trampet back in 1986. His dedication to quality and innovation set a high standard, and it was clear that joining this company meant being part of something special. From the moment I joined, it was easy for me to embrace the passion and work towards supplying the TeamGym community with high-quality equipment. The commitment to excellence and the shared love for the sport among my colleagues made the transition seamless. Every day, I am inspired by our collective goal to support gymnasts with the best possible gear.

My love for gymnastics and the design of better equipment for the sport has been a driving force throughout my career. There’s something incredibly satisfying about knowing that the products we create contribute to the success and safety of athletes around the world. It’s not just about making equipment; it’s about enhancing the entire gymnastics experience.

Having been involved in gymnastics since childhood, I cherish the joy of movement and the ability to connect people across borders. Gymnastics has always been more than a sport to me; it’s a universal language that brings people together, fostering friendships and understanding beyond cultural and geographical differences. This aspect of gymnastics motivates me to ensure that our equipment is accessible and beneficial to as many people as possible. Becoming part of the equipment manufacturing process felt natural when the opportunity arose. It was a perfect blend of my technical skills and my passion for gymnastics.
